Can I use more than one product at the same time?

However, we don't recommend layering TENS and EMS directly over the same area at the same time, as this can cause excessive muscle stimulation.
Who shouldn't use these devices?

Have epilepsy or a heart condition/irregular heartbeat
Have deep vein thrombosis or a history of blood clots
